The Universal Data
Analyzer (UDA) provides you with a scalable solution to your control
system requirements. Designed to control, record , monitor and
communicate data over wireless transmission mediums, this box truly
is a universal solution to all of your SCADA applications. With nine
available expansion slots along with two for internal RFL Carrier,
this product can start small and grow as your applications expand.
Network units together using RS232 ports allowing you the ability to
handle large facilities. Equip the analyzer with the modules described
below to handle your specific control applications |
|
Communication Module: Provides Central Process Control for
the UDA system. |
|
RS232 Module: Provides three (3) general usage
serial ports that support asynchronous, synchronous, RS232 and RS422
protocols. Ports can be used to interface to external RS 232/422 devices providing a pass through terminal
connection from the 2001 unit. Perform
remote diagnostics on all your electronic equipment with one communication connection. |
|
Output Module: Provides sixteen isolated Outputs. 8-40
Volts DC. Configure outputs for steady or pulsed voltage outputs. |
|
Digital Input Module: Provides sixteen optically Isolated Digital
Inputs, 5-40VDC with 3000-volt isolation.
|
|
Recorder Module: Allows storage of over 256,000 events.
User programmable mnemonic definition. |
|
DTMF Module: Remote control of external devices using DTMF
tone. 2 output , 4 Inputs to monitor and control your devices. User
programmable from a PC or radio pad. Internal 5-watt synthesized
radio transceiver and DC-DC Converter for battery isolation. Voice
chipset to provide “over the air” confirmation of events.. |
|
UHF/VHF 900mhz Data Radio: FCC compliant radio 12.5Khz
Channel Spacing. On board DC-DC Converter to provide battery
isolation. 5 Watt programmable synthesized radio for ease of
frequency assignment. |
 |
CDMA2000-1X Cellular Radio Modem Module with ICOM:
Tri Mode
800-1900MHZ for wireless web interface. Packet Data Rates up to 153KBS.
Direct Email transmission of system events with no host processing. |
|
Analog Input Module: Capable of handling 8 isolated analog
inputs for monitoring battery voltage, AC Input voltages or other
analog information. 1 Meg-Ohm impedance providing complete isolation
even for the most sensitive electronics. Monitor motor currents or
other analog inputs down to 100 MA resolution. |
 |
Current Sensor Module: Current capacity up to 100 Amps
with 100 milli-amp resolution. Monitor Grade Crossing lamps, motor
current or other remote analog devices.
|
|
Applications:
Maintenance Reporting with Remote Alarm Notification.
Auto dial, page, E-mail or directly communicate over two way radio
or Cellular to maintenance personnel or other specified locations with alarm
information from your remote locations. Know quickly and accurately
when your systems malfunction reducing response and repair time.
Automate your maintenance tests and inspections with automatic
retrieval of archived data to your central computers or let us
provide you with a WEB Based Database Interface
allowing secure
access to your information through the World Wide Web. With control
capability remote testing can be initiated from a central location
allowing your personnel to remotely test or diagnose a problem.
Trend archived data or simply eliminate dispatching personnel to the
field to collect routine maintenance information. Reduce or
eliminate your downtime by monitoring data real time allowing
personnel to fix a potential problem before it occurs. We can
customize reporting to satisfy your record keeping requirements or
provide database information for your customized handling.
Supervisory Control Equip the unit with Input/Output
interface modules and remotely control and monitor wayside devices
from a central location. Utilizing wireless transmission mediums
allows access to remote locations without costly infrastructure
investments. Built in “repeater technology” with our data radio
modem allows each site to be a virtual data repeater allowing
increased coverage on your network without increased cost.
Voice Enunciator –DTMF Controller- Equip the Analyzer with
a DTMF control module with internal two way 5 watt radio transceiver
allows the UDA to provide “over the air” confirmation of events
as they occur. This device also provides for control of wayside
devices using the DTMF pad on your two way radio or equip the unit
with a TELCO interface and control your remote site using the touch
tone pad on your remote telephone. Great for public address systems
or remote control and monitoring using DTMF control.
Remote Computer to Computer interface. Equipped with a RS232
interface module allows the UDA to provide remote pass through
connections with up to three other devices equipped with RS232
maintenance ports. Each port is independently controlled to allow
for user specified configuration. Monitor each of your systems
diagnostic ports with one connection.
Benefits: With available expansion
slots each unit can be equipped with modules that satisfy your
specific application eliminating costly unused features that provide
no specific benefit to your operation. Control, record, monitor and
communicate data using one unit in lieu of two or three different
systems reducing your system complexity and cost. |
